Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "Member") and cge77 ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your access to and use of the cge77 platform, accessible at cge77.club and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated period may result in account suspension.

Account Responsibilities

Each registered member of cge77 is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and any balance across the duplicate accounts may be forfeited in its entirety.

You are solely responsible for:

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All monetary transactions on cge77 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. By depositing funds into your cge77 wallet, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank).
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your cge77 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, typically within the same business day.
• cge77 does not charge a deposit processing fee on standard e-wallet transactions. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits that are flagged by cge77's anti-fraud systems may be held for review. During review periods, the deposited amount will not be available for wagering.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) Philippine business day of approval.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your account dashboard.
• cge77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, including the first withdrawal from a new account.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

1. Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your cge77 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20×) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified per offer.

5. 6. Withdrawal Before Meeting Requirements. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the applicable wagering requirement, cge77 may deduct the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) from your withdrawal or cancel the bonus prior to processing your cashout.

Gameplay Rules & Technical Provisions

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Account Termination & Suspension

cge77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory directive requiring suspension or closure of the account.

Upon account closure for cause, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and investigation of any disputed transactions will be returned to the member via the original deposit method, subject to KYC clearance and applicable legal holds. Closure for cause where fraud is confirmed may result in forfeiture of the entire balance.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting cge77 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded via the registered payment method following KYC clearance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cge77 operates in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework governing online gaming in the jurisdictions where it holds authorisations to operate.
